Shipping Fees

Europe Zone 1 / Shipping fees 20,00€ per order.

 

Production time:

Each pair is handmade directly in our atelier, located in Morocco, Marrakech. We fabricate only what we sell. On-demand production is our priority.

Therefore time of production for one pair of sandals takes around 10 working days. Once production is finished, we endeavour to dispatch your order on the same or next business day. For most destinations (EUROPE ZONE 1) , you will receive your order within 4-7 business days from when you've placed your order.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Upon dispatch of your order, a consignment note number will be emailed to you for ease of reference.
You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the designated shipping companies’ website tracking facilities.
 

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Our retail prices and shipping charges exclude any local customs duties or taxes/VAT. Customs duties and taxes are additional fees charged by local authorities and vary country to country. The additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. OLI.N encourages customers to source this information prior to purchase. Unfortunately, OLI.N is unable to provide information relating to the cost of unexpected taxes or duties as these charges vary and are beyond our control.

CUSTOMS DECLARATION

A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value in EUR.  We are unable to mark any order as a 'gift' as we are a retail company.
